Billing & Statement Descriptor
So there is never any confusion when you review your bank or card statement, here is exactly how a Void Research charge appears.

A support phone number or city may appear alongside the descriptor depending on your bank.
Product names never appear on your statement. The descriptor is shown again on the checkout page before you pay and on your order confirmation email.
When You're Charged
Your card is charged once, at the time your order is placed, for the full order total including shipping and any optional shipment protection. We do not enroll you in any recurring or subscription billing unless you explicitly sign up for a membership plan, which is always disclosed and cancellable from your account.
Before You Dispute a Charge
If you don't recognize a charge or something looks wrong with your order, please contact us first — we resolve nearly everything the same day, and a dispute filed before contacting us delays resolution for both of us.

- Include a screenshot of the statement line if the descriptor doesn't look familiar.
- We respond to billing inquiries within one business day.
