These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Void Research website and any purchase of products from Void Research LLC (“Void Research,” “we,” “us”). By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
1. Research Use Only Restriction
All products sold by Void Research are supplied strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research use only, by qualified researchers, in controlled laboratory settings.
- Products are not dr⬡gs, medicines, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or veterinary products.
- No product is approved by the FDA for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice, a treatment protocol, an aliquot recommendation for a living subject, or a suggestion of any use other than laboratory research.
2. No Human or Veterinary Use
You agree that products purchased from Void Research will never be administered to, consumed by, inj⬡cted into, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals, and will never be used in any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or food application. Any such use is a material breach of these Terms and is strictly at the purchaser's own risk and sole responsibility.
3. Buyer Eligibility & Representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age and have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
- You are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or business engaged in lawful scientific research, and are competent to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, possession, handling, use, and disposal of these materials.
- All information you provide at checkout is accurate and belongs to you or your organization.
4. Assumption of Risk
Research chemicals are inherently hazardous and their effects are not fully characterized. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk associated with the purchase, receipt, storage, handling, transport, use, and disposal of any product obtained from Void Research, including risk of personal injury, property damage, regulatory action, or economic loss. You are solely responsible for appropriate laboratory safety controls, personal protective equipment, and hazard assessment.
5. No Resale or Redistribution
Products are sold for your own laboratory research use only. Without our prior written authorization, you may not:
- Resell, re-list, distribute, gift, or transfer products to consumers or the general public.
- Repackage, relabel, dilute, compound, or reconstitute products for onward supply.
- Represent products as being suitable, approved, or intended for human or veterinary use.
- Export or re-export products in violation of any applicable law or trade restriction.
6. Orders, Pricing & Acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Void Research. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, resale, fraud, or a legal restriction in the destination jurisdiction. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of amounts charged.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind beyond the stated purity documented in the applicable Certificate of Analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void Research disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Void Research and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, fine, penalty, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your purchase, handling, use, misuse, resale, or import of any product, or your breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
